You probably are wondering why I named this book Half a Sky. Well, imagine a person having half a sky hanging over them. What words would you use to describe them? Weird? Freakish? Odd? So, this is to all the people who have been described with those words, even if they didn't have half a sky over them. I am not very good, but these poems are part of my heart and soul. So, bear with me, and if you don't like it, you can always quit reading. Thank you.

THE AMBY AWARDS 2022 WINNER (Best Series) Book One (Book Three of the trilogy is on the WATTYS 2022 SHORTLIST) Wattpad featured story. The Adept Pen 21 finalist. Samara, a young woman from London, visits Bran Castle in Romania during a Halloween night. Somehow, she's always felt drawn to the story of Vlad the Impaler, the historical character who allegedly inspired the writer, Bram Stoker, to write his Count Dracula. Annoyed by her noisy friends, she strolls behind her group when they enter the castle and thus gets approached by their tall dark and handsome guide. Samara can't fight the attraction she feels for him, even after he claims to be Vlad Dracul himself, obviously making fun of her...or? At the end of the tour, unable to resist her curiosity, she follows the guide through a dark corridor and time travels to another time, a late medieval world populated by very unusual vampires, where she had once belonged. The mysterious guide turns out to be her husband, none less than Vlad III, the Prince of Wallachia, the Impaler... Dracula. Samara's memories start to trickle back slowly, both good and bad. The man she loves so much that she feels overcome by her feelings for him is not exactly as he was when she left him before, when she... died. A lot of things have changed in her absence, in six hundred years. But she is changed too, having grown up in the 21st century this time around, she is not quite the same girl as when she lived in Vlad's castle, in the late medievals. Will the great love they feel for each other despite their long separation be strong enough to overcome all their differences? Will Samara and Vlad accept each other as they are now and fight for their love? Will they defend it in the dangerous world they live in, full of people, or better vampires, who would rather see them apart? In this place where nothing and no one is what they really seem to be at first sight? Cover: @WakeWriteWrath

{SAMPLE: Published on Amazon} Five hundred years ago, humanity's freedom died. When the Greek Gods and Goddesses were usurped from their home on Mt. Olympus, they crashed upon Earth and enslaved the human race. Children spend their existence inside prisons ran by ruthless Immortals, and upon their eighteenth birthday, they are thrown into an arena to be fought after. Once won, they are scarified with their name and short-lived identity in an unforgiving world, where there is an absence of hope for people with mortality coursing through their red veins. Servitude shackled humanity, but then a girl stood in the arena on the first summer solstice since she turned eighteen years old. A nameless girl, trembling behind the safety of her friend, landed in the Gods' worlds without knowing that she was going to be their unraveling. This wide-eyed slave, who bled two colors. One red like humans. One gold like the gods. Five hundred years ago, humanity's freedom died, but she's here to take it back. Final Book Cover commissioned by @Fantastical-Ink

I've been reviewing stories on Wattpad for a while now and, boy, has that been a journey. Your stories have made me gasp and squeal. Your stories have made me laugh and cry. But, from time to time, your stories have made me cringe. In commemoration of my review store hitting 100 reviews, I thought it was about time to break down my reviewing journey, with the help of a fellow reviewer, @awesomeSTG. This book will contain chapters regarding the common errors I see in stories, it will offer tips on how to make your story professional, and there will also be some sneaky rants about what people expect from a reviewer. Welcome to 101 Writing Tips from an Exhausted Reviewer, featuring two very exhausted reviewers: @ray_of_sunshine9 and @awesomeSTG. Or, as perfectly said by @awesomeSTG: Ladies and gentlemen, folks far and wide! Sharpen your quills, prepare your scrolls, and polish your fire-resistant armours, for we shall finally cool off your burning queries - or scorch you even more - with our word of wisdom (namely rants) and advice! Hear ye, hear ye! And the incredible cover is done by the very talented @g_beckford - thank you so much!
