She was surprised to see that she had stopped, right in front of two big oaks. Between them were big brown eyes, but aside from that she could not see its body, for the darkness was consuming it. Know she knew who was urging her forward to the huge, dark forest. "Come your majesty. She awaits you." it said suddenly. The way she said it, Alexandra knew english wasn't her first language. But she didn't know what is. She didn't dare move. When she gathered up her courage she said, " What are you talking about?". Then suddenly, the whole forest shook and the ground trembled beneath her feet. "They're here", the voice mumbled. "No! Don't leave me! Please come back! Who awaits me? Please!" Her voice ringing as she called to the gap, where there weren't brown eyes anymore. She thought she just imagined it but she heard the voice say one last word, "soon". She was running even before she had realized what she was doing. Darting away towards the direction she had last heard the voice. She screamed as she realized what she had done. With her arms flailing, she fell down the chasm.
