Among the chaos, Harumi secretly engineers the deaths of her adoptive parents, portraying herself as an innocent victim. Garmaddon and Harumi manipulate the ninja, leading them to believe they've saved her. Captivated by her beauty and apparent innocence, Lloyd, the Green Ninja, offers her a place on their team and at their monastery to protect her. But what the ninja don't know is that Harumi is a hidden puppet master, working alongside Garmaddon to undermine their strength and lead them to their downfall. Garmaddon has his sights set on Lloyd, the prophesized Green Ninja destined to defeat him.

[AFTER EPISODE 84] In Ninjago, all hope seems lost. The two remaining Ninja, Lloyd and Nya, along with their allies, muster whatever strength they can to resist Emperor Garmadon's dark reign and the cruelty of the Sons of Garmadon. The original four Ninja along with their de-aged Master, much to their surprise, aren't dead but simply marooned in a harsh, hostile Realm. But it will be a long journey before the honorable heroes can ever hope to reach Ninjago again. Darkness abounds everywhere. Will its power consume the Realms or will the Ninja find a way to endure? Have you ever wondered what would have happened if Harumi realized that she was just a pawn to Lord Garmadon during his reign on Ninjago City? Harumi, who just faced a near death experience at the hands of the man she brought back, was forced to see the reality behind her actions. Desprate to get out of there, she seeks help from the ninja. But at what cost? Lloyd, who just found a slight bit of hope that his friends are alive, was now the leader of a resistance they had formed with the other elemental masters. Everything was going to plan, but what was the girl who broke his heart doing here? Llorumi is a complex dynamic that I really love watching and reading about. With battles to be fought every day, it didn't take long for Skylor Chen to find herself pulled away from her life of luxury and placed amongst the new recruits of Ninjago's Army. Expected to train and learn how to become a soldier, it was a dreaded change. Not until she got to know him. Kai Smith only knew about war. He lived every day to survive, to fight, and to defend his nation. But once he was pulled out duty to train the next batch of recruits, Kai wanted nothing more than to face the Oni alone than deal with a bunch of spoiled brats who refused to get their hands dirty.
