In a world of gods and mortals, we follow the story of Esther, a twenty years old woman born from the union of a half elf and the Goddess of Death. Three main goddesses have ruled this world as far back as history goes: the goddesses of Life, of Love and of Death. Esther had been brought to their dominion in order to receive training of her powers and serve alongside her mother. However, frustrated by constant expectations and prejudice, she soon turns to the strange voice within her calling out for something beyond the god's realm. At the cost of a long time friendship, Esther takes her powers into her own hands and leaves. Responding to the call of the God of Journey himself, Kader, they both travel alongside an equally unique set of characters ; Nora, a young woman from far off islands and touched by magic, Gabrysia and Isek, a strange couple of a woman warrior and a wounded archer, Bion, a male nymph seeking to heal his home, Kaori, a mysterious deity of the moon and Tarendra a small god of the stars and fortune. Aligning their goals and slowly forming bonds sealed in blood, the group is faced with bigger stakes than any of them had asked for, and with their personal morals challenged and broken down, they uncover secrets and truths buried both deep within the world's roots and their own minds.
