In Naruto after the 4th Great Ninja War, but before Naruto: The Last Movie. In One Piece after Punk Hazard Arc In Fairy Tail somewhere between Tartarus Arc, but before Natsu goes into training. Some new evil is rising, and is not Aizen, or Madara, or Zeref , or the marines (I don't really know what to put in One Piece) well maybe they are?.
