In Johto, huge walls are built around every city by decree of the queen to keep out the Pokémon. The Pokémon are vicious and wild, harbouring only the desire to kill, torture, and play fetch. Olivia Richards is a normal 17 year old girl with a passion for cooking and leaping without looking. She meets Myth, an Arcanine who has the spirit and carelessness of a small puppy. A group of people who have befriended Pokémon as well exist outside the walls, planning to start a rebellion. This group is called the Justice Cabal, and along with Olivia, they're getting ready to kick some delusional society butt.
