Zavian Noraiz and Iman Hamid~ The girl who once loved in silence, now standing at the edge of destiny. The boy forged in London's streets, ruthless on the tracks, unstoppable in heart. _ She was sixteen when she first saw him. Zavian Noraiz-untouchable, unreadable, and everything her young heart wasn't supposed to want. He was her father's best friend's son, the one who visited from London every summer, leaving behind nothing but dust and an ache in her chest. Now, eight years later, Iman is no longer the wide-eyed girl with stolen glances. She is a woman with dreams, a future, and a PhD at Imperial College London. But fate has its own plans. His family offers her a place to stay in their home, but she refuses, knowing too well that living under the same roof as him would be stepping into a storm. Because Zavian isn't just the boy she once loved-he is danger wrapped in a leather jacket, an underground racer with a past that whispers secrets in the dead of night. And when their paths collide again in the heart of London, sparks aren't the only thing that ignite. There are unspoken words, buried hurts, and the undeniable pull of a love that was never meant to survive. But love has never been safe. And neither is Zavian Noraiz. Because the man who once left might be the only one who can protect her now. Even if it means destroying himself in the process.

All the earth is torn asunder. There used to be grass, and the sun used to be golden. Children played outside, climbing trees with smiles on their faces and grass stains on their knees. People worried about a million things that would soon be irrelevant, continuing without a clue of the disaster to come. Centuries later, what little is left of humanity survives in a society constructed beneath the surface of a glass dome, the world outside converted to little more than a desert wasteland. Survival is a routine rather than an effort, and all rules are surpassed by only one: if you want to survive, you never leave the dome. There's nothing alive out there. The radiation that soaks the earth makes sure of that. Until one day, someone finds a bloody, dust-covered handprint on the outside of the glass. Nothing will ever be the same again. "He was a smoker. She asked him why. He said it was his slow suicide." - REVIEWS: "Slow Suicide is one of the best books that I've read. A beautiful story of two strangers that befriend each other and it soon became love. Shows that you can brighten someone's day with just a simple greeting or maybe getting to know them. Cig and Rainy are a beautiful pair that brings light into the darkness and turns night into day with their love story." -@Kaybae1212 "A touching story of true love told through small, sweet encounters. So many twists and turns that you will never see coming. A beautiful and safe love story overall that will leave you in tears! (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)" -@Squirtle301 "Slow Suicide will make your emotions spin like the twists and turns of this story. Each chapter will make you wonder what will happen next. As a person who's not a fan of reading romance, this was definitely out of this world like no other. Filled with despair, romance, heartbreak, and twists, you would be questioning life even more. This is truly a must read. The author has truly captured my attention throughout the entire story, as every chapter is like a beautiful structure built in with the words that help me envision what love can evolve in." -@Hope-Mist - Book 1 in the "Pure Love Tales" series. Highest rank: #8 in Short Story.

"Where am I?" I ask. The boy's smirk only grows as he begins to take slow steps towards me. As much as I want to back away when he comes close, I stand my ground. I notice that his eyes are a shade of green that is so dark they could almost be black. I take a deep breath to try to ease my panic. I can feel my hands shaking at my sides. He gets so close to me that if I were to shift my weight I would nudge him. "If I told you, you wouldn't believe me." He sing-songs. I become annoyed with his mocking. "Well, then who are you?" I continue to question him. "Wouldn't believe that either." He speaks from behind me. What does he mean that I won't believe him? "Try me." I grit through my teeth. "My name is Peter." He says, finally stopping in front of me. I cross my arms and shift my weight to my right. "Why wouldn't I believe.." "Pan." "Excuse me?" I say, convinced that I had misheard. "My name is Peter Pan."
