The country spoke Russian perfectly, and even if it was just because he was from just a Slavic state- he should still be associated with RE. Right? Or: When he was young, Britain took a trip to Petrograd and met a strange country.

Tired and alone, America doesn't have any close acquaintances. He continues to push all his needs and any potential friends aside to continue the work for his country, and even if it's not nearly as much work as he had to do a century ago, as his kids are now more grown and can do their own work, it's still tiring. Arthur didn't plan on getting dragged to a party. And he definitely didn't plan on getting blackout drunk, refusing to go home, and waking up on his enemy's couch. Between overbearing brothers, a hangover from hell, and one dangerously calm Russian who somehow makes pancakes and poor life choices with equal confidence, Arthur is forced to confront something he's been avoiding for a long time...Maybe ,just, maybe he isn't as fine as he finds himself pretending to be.

One day in the meeting room instead of Soviet came his 15 year old son, Russia. This surprised Britain as first of all he didn't know he had children, and second of all why did he skip meetings he never does. So after getting the information out of Russia, which was hard as he either was mute, scared, or didn't know English very much or maybe all those three combined, he found out that, Soviet, just got divorced. Since Britain knew how hard it is getting though a divorce is, he decided to help Soviet to get over his grief , and on the way he fell in love with him. <3 Warning that might/will contain in the book: -smut at some point in the story (will) -child abuse (will) -swearing(will) -and more I don't know yet (also Britan is on top in this book)
