Christopher Bahng, "Chan" is a sailor. He's trying to save enough money to become a captain. He dreams of sailing the seas and having adventures worthy of a story. She doesn't remember most of her life, but one thing has always been made clear, she should not be spotted by a human under any circumstances. If she is seen, she is to drown them. Amara never understood why this rule applied to her and only her, but she always thought it had something to do with her unknown past. What happens when she is charmed by a sailor?
