Not saying it's a good one but it exists] the au glitched essentially resetting but without Nightmare. Nightmare is now officially an outcode and Dream... Dream is a 6 year old guardian going through life alone, not knowing why it feels like something is wrong, why something is missing. Dream had spent most of his time being pushed around by Ink and was expected to be the solution to everyone's emotional problems. The only thing he did for himself was to try and gain Nightmare's forgiveness and trust. He knew it would be difficult, maybe even impossible. He still wanted to try though. But he was losing hope. Only after having to spend the whole day alone was Dream able to reflect on his life and how unfair it was. Dream wanted peace, but Ink wanted war. Dream wanted to be with his brother, but Nightmare hates him. Dream wanted to make friends, but they only wanted his help. These thoughts were enough to bring a plethora of emotions that eventually, completely shattered his optimistic perspective on life. Dream and Blue were chatting about stuff when all of a sudden Ink decided to take a leave, saying that he sensed something wrong in the doodlesphere. Both of his friends allow him to leave and without hesitation Ink quickly vanished into an ink puddle Little did they know that it was the last time they would see Ink...

The Star Sanses were loved by everyone. They protected the Multiverse and its numerous AUs from people like Nightmare and his gang, as well as some secret foes that no one really knew about. They weren't always the easiest to talk to or get along with, but everyone loved them all the same. Ink was the main protector of the AUs, Dream was the guardian of all positive feelings, and Blue was... Blue. One of the last survivors of Underswap, which had been broken beyond repair after a huge fight between the Star Sanses and Nightmare's gang. As much as they hate to admit it, the bad guys do like the company of the Star Sanses. They find enjoyment in watching them be idiots together, and always get a rush of excitement when they see them coming to stop them. It was difficult to explain. They'd never thought there would be a day when an agreement was reached between them. They especially had never thought that there would be a day they'd have to say goodbye.
