Instead of Ging giving Gon to Mito he drops him off in meteor city. That's when a certain group of theives find the child and take pity on him. While this is happening a certain white haired baby is also in the hands of murderers and is already getting cultivated to be a one of a kind assassin. Heyyyyy author here since there is such a change in the beginning the timeline won't be very accurate. But there will be some events that still take place that are canon.
