This is a bakutodo story which means bakugou is top and todoroki is bottom also todoroki is shorter than bakugou. Todoroki is much of a softie and shows emotion while bakugou is just bakugou. Deku has a crush on bakugou, plus he is a yandere and hates todoroki. That's all the information I will give the rest is for you to find out.
