After being stuck in the Refuge for seven years, Jack Kelly's twin sister, Raya Kelly, is finally released after the strike. Race and Albert were present when Raya was brought in to the Refuge barely able to stay in consciousness, but it wasn't the Delancey's or Weisel's doing.
