Snake is an immortal being, who has been roaming the apocalyptic world for hundreds of years. He never bothered to get close to anyone, he just helps who he can and leaves. That is until, he helps a young mother and her sister deliver a baby boy, Scott Jund. Tragically, the mother died during child birth and the baby's aunt suicides soon after. This leaves Snake, a very lonely man who was afraid of loving someone, with a young child who he gets this strange vibe from. What happens whilst Snake raises the young boy in the apocalyptic world? What happens once the young boy is old enough to feel things? What happens when Jund finds out many secrets about himself? I guess you will have to read...

Some things just can't be healed, some hurts never fully close. Snakes past is a long and dark one, his future clouded by things he can't escape. He needs help, the blackouts are getting worse and while he's thankful for Cry giving him a place to stay, he's not sure he can live with what he can't remember doing and seeing the evidence of these things showing up on Cry's face, well, he's just not sure how much longer he can take it. So Cry calls in a favor to an old buddy, Jund, a once renowned psychiatrist now private practice therapist. Anything to help a friend...right? (So sorry, I'm terrible at summary's.)

Scott is an 18yr old kid just waiting to graduate and live his life. His mother is a realtor agent and his favorite past time is finding a vacant home that unlikely to sell and making it a secondary "home away from home." He has his drawings pinned to the wall, as well as some other things. Except one day when he sneaks in something he least expects happens and leads to him making some life choices and realizations that he had never even considered a possibility.
