The goal of this project was to develop high tech combat equipment that would allow Commanders of Nikke Squads to fight alongside the Nikkes they commanded. However after the catastrophic failures of Generation 1 and Generation 2 of the Initiative, the Project was discontinued, lost within the Ark's Records. These records would not stay buried as they mysteriously make their way to the office of the Elysion CEO. Reviving the project, Elysion has a new goal, to create a combat capable Commander who can lead both the Nikkes and Humanity to Victory!
