Tommy never meant to become a vigilante, he saved one women's life and loved the feeling. The feeling of being able to help. Ever since he was a kid he had dreamed of making a difference in the world. Now he could. But being an illegal vigilante meant a few things. One, he was quite illegal. Two, he was broke.
