The other gods around him try to cover up his crimes but word still gets through and one day, tragedy befalls Hawks. In order to save Hawks, Dabi is faced with an ultimatum. Will he choose to sacrifice his power or will he choose his duty over his heart?

Where a friend from a different life had told him that when there is death, there is life. He finds himself thinking that he was right. He's feeling pretty alive right now. Through the ash remains of Touya, he blossomed forth. Alive with a taste of revenge at the tip of his tongue. Nodding to himself, he decides that for the sake of pure irony- he will name himself Dabi.
