Greenleigh Teo, a sunshine musical theatre major finds out the auditorium of her college burnt down. In an attempt to solve her problems and continue with the musical she asks the lacrosse coach if they could use the field for rehearsal. There she meets grumpy lacrosse plays Niko.

The story follows the main character Elizabeth Bennet as she deals with issues of manners, upbringing, morality, education, and marriage in the society of the landed gentry of early 19th-century England.
