They work together to work through their trauma (not completely, obviously). Inej doesn't just wait for Kaz, she waits with him. But her arrow has aim, after all. She is a slaver hunter, her name uttered in feared tones by the slavers. But she always comes back to Ketterdam. Home. Inej receives help from Kaz when needed (among other things), and has stayed close to Jesper, Wylan, and the feisty Nina. Anyways, this is about them.
