Basically Crutchie has a childhood friend who he met before Jack and she was believed to be dead but of course she's not. After young Winnie Foster has drank from the spring at age 17, the Tuck family comes back to Treegap. They tried to take their minds off Winnie by checking out how life is now. Jesse wants to look for Winnie, though. He sees this girl walking around, she looks..pretty. Could it be....?

Attempting to escape the regret of a past decision, Winnie Foster travels to New York City to spend Christmas with family. This story basically came about because I hadn't seen anyone else write about the connection that the time that the strike ended and the day Winnie was supposed to meet Jesse by the spring were coinciding.
