Even though he's a young teacher he already has a reputation for being a hard ass, which is exactly the kind of reputation he wants among his students. The last thing he needs is for his students to think that he's their friend instead of their superior. Determined not to look foolish, Emma refuses to look at a school map, and ends up late for her first period, Math with Mr. Jones... it's a rocky start to a relationship that forms between student and teacher.
