Dean is the cool gym teacher, enjoying the power the whistle gives him. Castiel is the new, laid-back writing teacher, who attempts to earn his students' trust though friendship, not intimidation. Neither of them are what you'd call "strictly professional," but when they meet each other, whatever hope of being somewhat normal with their new jobs disappears.
