My first story Izuku Midoriya could have been born quirkless, but not here. Here he was born with a basic quirk, to be able to Rip and Tear anything he liked. He wanted to be a hero so he will Rip and Tear to achive his dream.

Izuku Midoriya was an odd case, even by Hell's standards. No one new about him until he started making a name for himself in the hierarchy of Hell. There were few things he believed in but if there was person he had faith in, it was Charlie. Her and her dreams that seemed rather fantastical but endearing in a way. So he will do whatever it takes to support her and her dreams. Even if it meant getting his hands dirty. (I own nothing in this except the story.
