After Hubert had died because of The Egg, Billiam had been planning on taking his own life in order to be with his beloved because even when he was controlled by The Egg he still very much loved the snow white haired male. But, Billiam wanted to make sure that Ranbutler would be safe and away from what caused his lover to die. Ranbutler was like a son to Billiam and Hubert which is why he cares about him even though he doesn't show it at all. After all of the planning he had finally taken his own life, that is until...
