As a young child Nora knew nothing about her father, and after her mother died in what was classified as an accident, SHEILD was her only family. Her life had completely changed when she joined SHEILD. She started to figure things out about herself, but does she really want to know everything?...

After spending two years in Vanaheim as an emissary, Sigyn is forced to return to her home realm Asgard. Now she has to deal with her annoying parents and fiance Theoric, who she has no desire to marry. Meanwhile, all of Asgard is still mourning the loss of their queen, Frigga, and no one is happy that Thor has left to be with his mortal girlfriend. Odin is acting strangely, and nothing seems quite right anymore. When Sigyn accidentally discovers Loki, a supposedly dead criminal hiding in Asgard, he bribes her with favors to not reveal him to the rest of Asgard. Slowly, Sigyn begins to think that Loki may have something to do with the strange dreams she's been having. As she becomes increasingly drawn to him, she knows that he could easily ruin her life--or make it better than she ever imagined.

Set before and during the events of the first Thor movie, Sigyn and Loki have been friends since they were children, but lately their friendship has seemed to be something more.

There was once a time Loki did not have plans of taking the Asgardian throne with blood shed. Centuries before the events of Thor, Loki once loved a woman by the name of Sigyn. However, fate seemed to have a plan opposite of Loki's desire before the two even met. As Loki attempts to break fate, Sigyn falls into a sentence that can only be broken by the power of Odin. However, can Loki break it, or will Sigyn have to endure it?

Takes place before the first Thor movie, some of the plot lines from Thor, The Avengers, and Thor 2 are used but not many from The Avengers. Some mature content will take place in later chapters! Sigyn is a girl who struggles with anxiety and depression. After the death of her mother, she spends her time mostly alone, reading, training, and practicing her archery. She longs for the happiness she used to feel. When she meets Loki, he notices something in her that is particularly different. She helps him, and he helps her.

Sigyn is Loki and Thor's sister in this tale.She and Loki have a very close bond. What happens when that closeness shifts to something more? Will they be able to handle the "unnatural" emotions before the truth of her brother comes out?
