Self-love is having a high expectation of your own being and having happiness. Self-love is important to everyone because it is about loving your own self and no one can love you more than you love yourself. Being confident is to have the courage and be brave about what you're doing. ----------- This is not a story but, an essay and talk from my point of view which I am trying to help myself as well as other people. All mini parts of the talk are about the topics that are assigned as the title. _______________ 3-4 Parts Updates Every Mon - Friday 1 Part Updates on Sat - Sun _________________ RANKINGS #97 in Experience on 29/09/2020 #220 in Advice on 29/09/2020 #25 in Confident on 29/09/2020 #392 in self-love on 29/09/2020 #35 in point of view on 29/09/2020 #275 in love yourself on 29/09/2020 #273 in POV on 29/09/2020

Life is such a roller coaster, and our efforts almost always end up in vain. We try perfection, yet it never works, adaptation too, it only gets worse. We always ignore the fact that what guides us throughout our whole existence is individuality; living much of a cliché is always a tempting option, and choosing such a path seems relieving every step of the journey. But do we ever try to connect our past to our present, and think of what the future has in store for us? Do we ever try to understand ourselves, learn from our past, and accept that it was all a moulding process, or do we often ask ourselves, directly, or indirectly, who we are, what we are supposed to be in terms of internal factors and society itself? All of these leads to one question of vital importance in an individual's life, a question that can lead an individual to an evergreen path of self-discovery, or rather into a tunnel without light at the end: Who am I?

THE MOUNTAIN IS YOU By: Brianna Wiest This is a book about self-sabotage. Why we do it, when we do it, and how to stop doing it-for good. Coexisting but conflicting needs create self-sabotaging behaviors. This is why we resist efforts to change, often until they feel completely futile. But by extracting crucial insight from our most damaging habits, building emotional intelligence by better understanding our brains and bodies, releasing past experiences at a cellular level, and learning to act as our highest potential future selves, we can step out of our own way and into our potential. For centuries, the mountain has been used as a metaphor for the big challenges we face, especially ones that seem impossible to overcome. To scale our mountains, we actually have to do the deep internal work of excavating trauma, building resilience, and adjusting how we show up for the climb. In the end, it is not the mountain we master, but ourselves.
