Izuku getting a hold of a card, could end in one's demise. Deep down, Izuku knew he couldn't be a hero, no matter what others say. But he couldn't shake the dream of helping people. I never believed in the paranormal. Ever since the birth of quirks, so many ideas like the existence of magic or, in this case, ghosts, demons, the like, were pushed out of the minds of the populace. They became drunk on the power of their quirks. The world changed. The powerful were held on pedestals while the powerless were crushed underfoot. Squashed on the pavement. The theory that ghosts existed basically disappeared. No one believes in the paranormal anymore. Neither did I... Until today. Hi, I'm Izuku Midoriya. Kacchan calls me Deku, it means useless. Izuku had always been a little... well... more than that, obsessed with killing things. He would spend his free time looking for small animals or bugs to kill. Even so, he wanted to be a hero. Of course, his dreams were crushed by that doctor. Quirkless? Oh, the irony. A quirkless killer that wants to be a hero? Of course that's not possible. His addiction, taking over him, pushed him to do the unimaginable. His greatest kill of a lifetime gets him stuck on Earth forever.
