Connie, the eldest daughter of the notorious owner of the mass success fragrance and clothing company Crystal Clear has always been prim and proper. Never swearing. Always on time. She's fine with being an independent woman, despite Kevin's constant attempts to regain her affection. That's when her aloof and ridiculously attractive colleague Steven Universe slips effortlessly into her life. He's quiet, a hard worker and drop dead gorgeous. But when he takes an interest in her. She finds herself making out-of-character choices. She knows it's a bad idea. He's in kahoots with Lapis, the meanest most conniving person in the company. She's hellbent on taking everything Connie has worked for her whole life. Is it worth the risk? Can she save herself from the turmoil that threatens to drown her alive? Can she handle Steven, or is she making a big mistake? And does she stand a chance against Lapis' divide and conquer strategy?

It was tough work healing all of Beach City. From the land to the settlements, all that was wrecked has now been rebuilt stronger and better than ever. But despite the prosperity, Steven misses Spinel more than he'll ever admit. Eventually, he's had enough and decides to go visit her on Homeworld. The question is though, is this feeling due to being separated from a new friend or is it fact something much deeper? Steven must find out soon because no adventure for him is without conflict and some such conflict is lurking around waiting to strike when he least expects it.
