Steve finds out with an intimate encounter on the night of Eddie's funeral that he is far from dead. Even Eddie doesn't know why he's been brought back to life, or why he looks like something that crawled from the depths of the Upside Down. His forward and blatant advances confuse Steve and force him to battle his sexuality. They both know that Eddie's return can't mean anything good, and Eddie strives to find out exactly why he was brought back. --- Author Note: while this story will be long, it is NOT a slow burn.
