I re-wrote this story from Sodapop's perspective of everything happening while Ponyboy and Johnny were away. It explores his struggles with Sandy, friendship with Steve, place in the family, and the emotions he might've been feeling through the hard time he had to go through. It also suggests what was happening with the rest of the gang when Ponyboy and Johnny were off at the abandoned church.
