Kellin Quinn is a fanfiction writer, in love with Vic Fuentes, the lead singer in the band Pierce the Veil. Unknown to him, Vic reads and adores his writings, but to what extent? Things start to get a little creepy when Vic finds Kellin at a resort and kidnaps him, locking him in a cabin in the middle of the woods. What's worse than a crazed singer who kidnaps his crush? A crazed singer who makes the young author write another fanfiction, using both of them as characters. Vic will stop at nothing to make Kellin love him, and Kellin will stop at nothing to get away. Kellin and Vic are on the verge of a breakup. When Jenna notices this, she decides to fix it by sending them on a road trip with one goal: to bond over graffiti. But will this trip do its job? Or will it just make them hate each other even more?

Vic is just an ordinary guy with an overly boring life. He chooses to exclude himself and stay within his small group of friends. So when he comes home from work to find a- what he finds out is a hybrid -on his doorstep it's a bit of a shock. Another little problem is that whoever the thing escaped from, is looking for it.

Therapist: A person skilled in a particular kind therapy. Kellin Quinn: A certified therapist who helps patients diagnosed with chronic depression and have a past with suicide. One Problem: Almost all of his clients end up taking there own lives some point after visiting him. Yet, no one has really taken note of this connection. Except for Victor Vincent Fuentes, who thinks there's something more than a high suicide rate in their area. He then begins to question all of Kellin's motives. And trust me, he's no ordinary therapist.

Kellin Quinn’s life has dealt him nothing but a series of bad hands. Though cautious of every person he comes into contact with, he finds himself growing attached to Vic Fuentes, whose life might be just as fucked up as his. But things are far from sunshine and rainbows, and this next bad hand just might make them both snap.

Vic Fuentes is an oral deaf. Which means, he's deaf, but he talks. Only rarely to his choice. In his family, they treat him differently because of his hearing. They treat him like a baby, and he hates it. He talks to people by reading their lips. Vic is new to Mountain View High School. He had transferred because of a bullying situation. Kellin Quinn, is the school clown. He'll make a joke here and there to lessen the beating might get from the school bullies. He gets picked on and called names, but hides that with a smile and a joke. He's that kid, the one that worries about everyone else but him. Kellin accidentally bumps into Vic in the hallway and makes a joke looking at his shoes. Vic not hearing what he says asks him to repeat it. Will that one question bring them together? (Of course it will, it's a fanfic.)

I wanted to bleed out right in that bathroom, but he had to stop me; why does he even care? Why would Vic Fuentes, the perfect senior care enough to stop me dying. That's never enough of course, so can he really stop me wanting to die?

Three years. that's all it's taken for Vic Fuentes to lose hope in the guy he once loved. Kellin Quinn, now 24, is pursuing his dream and love of music, but times are hard for them both. Vic, who still does therapy has not moved on since that morning he awoke to find no Kellin in his bed. Kellin though, he was long gone. Now in a steady relationship with Oliver Sykes, Kellin's mind hasn't slipped back to Vic, not yet anyways. But it will.
