Natsuki and Yuri were childhood friends. Natsuki fell in love once. She had been so young, it had become a distant memory. Part of her began to believe her mind had made it up to distract her from Papa. Yuri fell in love once. Her heart had shattered into a million pieces, and she closed off her heart. After years of keeping herself hidden, she finds herself unable to fall in love. She hides her true self behind deep insecurities and a false sense of perfection. Love began to fade away for her. When the two meet again, after years of being apart, they realize that one of them had changed so drastically, their bond might have broken in the process. Will their story end here, with no future, or is their story more than the past?

Hardships are things that you expect to go through while in a relationship. So why was Natsuki and Yuri going through them even though they're just friends? Or maybe... more than friends? The main character, Ryan, makes the good decision of ignoring Sayori's pleas for him to join the literature club and instead heading towards the anime club. This is where the story changes and the girls soon have their own choices to make. Sayori is on the brink of depression and can't handle much more. Monika is trying to keep herself together until the school year ends. They both meet in the same club, the literature club, and their lives begin to change. Will love save the both from their inevitable fates in the game or will they both lose everything they had left?

Natsuki always had a crush on Yuri, but never could spit it out to her. Probably because ever since they have joined the Literature club they have been frenemies to one another. But recently, Yuri was obligated to help Natsuki out? I wonder why? Things don't end there when all of a sudden the two girls end up trapped in the club. What will happen? Who did this to them?
