Lawyer Chantale Baldwin is a defender of the innocent. Professor Declan Byrne appears to be innocent. The teacher doesn't want the lawyer's help, though, and he does his best to send her away. Chantale is stubborn, though, set on proving there can be justice while trying not to fall in love with her client.
