After a random malfunction in the system Dream is able to escape prison! But where are they supposed to go? There is only two people it can trust, Ranboo and XD. Dream goes to the end portal and XD is about to send them back til he sees the state their in. XD helps it escape to the end and Dream contacts Ranboo and he joins them. Dream has been locked in the prison for 3 years now and a terrible thing has spread across the smp. A virus that turns the infected into mindless monsters that cant be cured so they're not zombies. they're worse. Wilbur ad the est of the ones still alive turn to the safety of the prison forgetting the only person in their is still there and has no clue or s they think of whats going on in the outside world.

Dream still is the creator of the Dream SMP but mostly everyone are humans with a few of them that keep secret. Dream try's to keep his heritage a secret but yet don the SMP players know that he doesn't just have secret but multiple witch could change the perspectives of the mystery man behind the mask. (I created the book cover however the picture is not mine and there will most likely not be any shipping in the story just so you know.)

Dream was in prison on his last life and Quackity is starting to find to many similarities between Tubbo and Dream. Technoblade and Philza started planning a way to break a way to get Dream out prison.

Dream walked the silent hallway. The guilt of his crimes and the sadness of losing his friends, seemed to slowly suffocate him. Every step he took seemed harder than the one previously. His heart matained a irregular beat as it felt as if every beat hurt him. His blood roared loudly in his ears, the adrenaline that came and was now leaving. Even with this, he smiled. He smiled as widely, as if he was copying the grin on his mask. As if he was trying to face everything but the real truth. But in reality, he knew it was real.
