Castiel James Novak is a good man. Not because he was a priest and told people about the word of God and also because he lived by the Bible. He was a good man because he just was. He was kind, he was generous, he held his heart in his hands and he never turned anybody away. All Castiel wanted that night was for God to talk to him, just once. He had prayed and prayed so many times before but there was no reply. He had read in a book somewhere about certain sigils and markings and a few words would summon God or the Holy Ghost to him and Castiel had run out of ideas. So one night, that was exactly what he did. Castiel James Novak didn't know that the markings he had put down and the incantations he had spoken did not in fact summon the Holy Ghost, except they brought down upon him his worst nightmare. A Demon named Dean. *Art not mine but i edited it a bit so i could put the title on :-D* *Yet another new story and i hope you guys enjoy this one just as much* Credit to @theofficialkitty for the cover

This is a short story set in the 1950s, about an intense young college girl at Harvard/Radcliffe whose heartbreak and a subsequent blind date set the stage for her to discover she may be mentally ill, have magical powers, or both. I wrote it years ago and have never tried to publish it before. I am a pretty tough editor, and re-reading this after many years...I thought it was okay. Now I want to know what Wattpad readers think! It's my first post ever on Wattpad and my first experience with direct reader feedback. Set on the East Coast in the fifties, I apparently researched some interesting historical details about Broadway musicals, early co-ed education, and Harry Truman's secret Chinese coup over FDR. Looking forward to hearing from everyone!

'Stop it. Stop the voices, stop the noise, please. I pleaded to my own head. Please. It was killing me. I felt like I was going to pass out. I was confused and distraught, but at the same time, empty. I opened my eyes to look down at the ground, a force was pulling me forward over the rails. I smelt the air, and felt the sun on my face for what could be the last time. /Do it. Oh, please. Do it./ My own mind was begging me, It will make things easier. It will end the pain. "Stop, please." I shook my head, pressing my hands to my ears, as tears were still falling out of my eyes. /You've fucked up everyones lives anyway. It will solve things./ I looked down into the traffic of busy cars and streetlights, feeling the rails, before leaning forward.'

Death is ready to visit a new world! Based on the published novel and Wattpad sensation, Death is My BFF is now a webcomic! Experience the story like never before now only on WEBTOON! This is a VERY rough, early draft of "Death is My BFF" and the published version looks very different! :) ****** (2014 WATTY AWARD WINNER!) The legendary Angel of Death has spared Faith Williams' divine soul. However, this merciful act comes at a price. When she turns eighteen, her soul and everything that she is, will belong to him. The problem? Faith's not going to hell without a fight. Death isn't the only creature that has taken notice in her uniqueness. Demons, monsters, one vengeful demi-god, and a notorious playboy are all wrecking havoc on her life. Torn between two worlds, Faith must decide once and for all whom she can trust, and whom she can allow herself to love, before all of hell breaks loose. Even if it means striking another deal with Death. * * * FAQ: HELLO, YOU BEAUTIFUL PERSON! :) You CAN read this story without reading the Original Death series. DEATH IS MY BFF REWRITTEN is a total rewrite of the first draft of "Death is My BFF", which I wrote when I was 14. The ORIGINAL series is on my profile, but it does not line up with this book. Again, the book you are currently on is "Death is My BFF Rewritten," which is part of the Rewritten Death Chronicles, and this book does not line up with the original Death series. Again, the Rewritten Death Chronicles will share similarities to the original series, but should be considered a SEPARATE from the series I wrote when I was 14! Please enjoy!!!!! Xoxo, Katarina E.
