The Shrieking Shack was always known as the most haunted house in Britain, but only after the Battle of Hogwarts did it truly became one.
The Second Wizarding War might have ended, but not the turmoil left after the Battle of Hogwarts. Riddled with unrest and restless ghosts of Battle of Hogwarts, the Spirit Division was forced to relocate the ghosts from the school for the safety of its students and staffs. And where else would they relocate them, if not to a building already known as the most haunted house in Britain?
When the ghosts are proven to be too much for them to handle, the Spirit decided to seek help from Mistress of the Keep. After all, the Keep was known to detain the ghosts of Ekrizdis' and his vile descendants.
Timed in thirty years after the Second Wizarding War, this is the story of Hazel Gillivray. Between the turbulence of blood-riddled past, unquiet ancestral ghosts, public scrutiny, attempts to incite excitements in Arithmany classes, and complex intricacies of love, Hazel must find a way to help the Spirit Division, along with many volunteers from Dumbledore's Army.
Guided by the ghosts, hinted between tales of many, hidden behind scabbed scars of the war, let the past rest.
* This is the second book of The Keep series, but you are welcome to read from this book as well.
