He was a predator who had his eyes set on Y/N. He didn't do it for "love" of course. He just wanted dessert. Jack tried to kill her over and over again, but continued to fail. He soon realized that it was a part of him who was reluctant in killing her. He began to feel things he never felt before for anyone. He wanted to protect Y/N from the cruel world.
