Deku is a feared vigilante. All hero's know his name and shudder at the thought of dealing with him. They fear him even though he has not actually killed a single person. The boy is best known for his skills in gathering information and setting buildings on fire. That's really all Nezu needed to know about the boy. He immediately started his plan to bring the boy to UA. He'd make a hero out of this pyromaniac of a vigilante. ⚠️Warning⚠️ This book will have gore, homophobia, ptsd and anxiety attacks, and mentions of molestation!
