Based around Season 3B of Teen Wolf, with Stiles becoming the Nogitsune, it also includes (not in chronological order) episodes from Supernatural, The Originals, and The Vampire Diaries and said characters.

He doesn't want to be forgiven. He thinks what he did was horrible. When the group of friends take a science field trip to the Big Apple. Stiles is about to get the biggest change of his life. Stiles Stilinski gets bitten by a radioactive spider and is given the superhuman abilities. He takes the name "Spider-Man" and takes justice into his hands after a tragic accident. Note: I do not own any of the Teen Wolf characters or storylines. Nor do I own any of the characters from Marvel or its storylines. I do however own characters that I will introduce in this story. Stiles drags Scott into the woods to look for a body where he just manages to avoid being caught. He finds his friend getting attacked and bitten by a giant wolf and rushes to help only to get bit too. Stiles finds himself fascinated about becoming werewolves while Scott just wants to get his normal life back. But when Scott falls in love with the new girl Allison Argent, who comes from a family of werewolf hunters, Stiles isn't so excited. Then there's Derek Hale, a werewolf that seems quite shady but they just might need his help to stop what is killing people in town. Or, rather who.
