What if All Might married Inko Midoriya and had another child within the same year of Izuku who was about a full year older than Izumi Yagi the daughter of All Might and Inko Midoriya. What if Izuku had a quirk but it had activated at birth so Hisashi took it to ensure his son wouldn't hurt himself. What if that quirk was All For One as well but a more advanced version? What if Izuku tired of being neglected by his mother and his step-father who he saw as a father and was tired of being bullied by his younger sister and her friends Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki? During their battle, Takemichi learned things he didn't quite understand, and as he was about to pass out, he took this opportunity to grab Mikey's hand so he could activate the leap. He wasn't sure if he would go further back in the past during those 2 years or not even return in the future since he died saving Mikey. But all of the sudden, Takemichi felt a spark through his nerves and all went pitch black.
