When she wakes up she is in the one-piece universe. She realises that a) she's not in her universe anymore and b) she has gotten younger, she is no longer 25 but now 16. She ends up getting found by Garp and is told to live with his other grandsons Ace and Luffy. She's not bothered to complain goes along with it. (just a reminder shes still just as strong as her 25-year-old self when she turned back to 16) Okay, probably a crappy description but what can you do.
