Upon the closure of MePhone's reality show, Inanimate Insanity, one final challenge was formed from a nuclear accident spreading across the island; to survive. 28 contestants, 1 hotel basement, 0 chance of revival. Whether it was just not meant to be or it was because of their self-sabotaging intentions. They had also found their guilt being dragged on for a long time from the past. With how rude they were towards everyone they use to compete with in seasons of Inanimate Insanity. Although these actions have changed; people's perspectives of this balloon did not. Leading Balloon to struggle with many burdens like themself. This constant struggle of trying to grow from this, it leads them spiraling into a path of anger and a taste for vengeance. Leading them to act on these feelings and even hurts the people that have lead them to this path. This is a Ventfic.

Back in Season 1, Balloon played a risky game. In turn of backstabbing his alliance, he ended up getting dropped in a volcano, placing 3rd place. Now, with no other options left, he disappeared without a trace, into the woods. 1/20/25 ignore the shitty pacing at the beginning, I don't really wanna redraw all the panels again 😓😓 the writing may suck so mb. chapters may be slow to come out but be patient!!

Except for one. Balloon was a fragile person... Literally. He would get injuries out of anything... And I mean... Anything. He gets bullied by it, so his pent up rage was released on the other contestants it was also his strategy. After getting eliminated he was sorry for everything... Even the things he isn't to blame for. But after OJ built the hotel he excluded balloon for the reason of "you are a jerk" and "you w1ill be the same person no matter what". He then told him to never step foot here again... But the thing is... It was winter so he would have been... all alone and filled with wrath... This is chapter one

Balloon was kicked out of the hotel due to unexpected complaints about him. Due to this, Balloon was homeless, cold, and alone. Yet there was a place that he went to for safety, Meeple. In the pouring rain, he took a hot air balloon and arrived at Meeple with nothing but anxiety on his shoulders. Cobs, however, wasn't happy with this idea, but due to pity, he allowed Balloon to stay under his roof if Balloon worked for him.
