It wasn't a surprise when Sadie Black, got sorted into Slytherin. It also wasn't surprising that she had grown up anti-muggle, anti-Gryfindor, and generally anti-everything. Her friends, of course, are like her too, and Sadie loves it. But somebody seems like they want to change that, and team Sadie up with the biggest, most annoying Gryfindors of them all. This isn't to mention the a certian annoying Mr. Malfloy that her best friend is crushing on big time, Tracey Davis's big mouth and quiet past, Daphne Greengrass's mysterious mother- who seems to know stuff she shouldn't, and generally a lot of trouble- what else would you expect from the highest levels of Slytherin house?

Hudson Ellis is good at his job. Somehow, he manages not to annoy people when he knocks at their doors and asks them to contribute to the charity he works for - instead, he gets them to sign up for sponsoring programmes and fish whatever spare change they have out of their pockets. Even the infamously tough residents of New York City are falling victim to Hudson's easy-going ways and wide smile; that is, until one woman renders him speechless with sarcastic refusals and slams her door in his face. Perhaps Hudson would be able to forget her - if it wasn't for the fact that she lives on the same floor of the next apartment over, and they both have floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for a rather generous view into each other's flats.

one of the biggest problems of being a teenage girl is that you're a teenage girl. ruby dillinger isn't special or anything, but she has her fair share of nanoscale problems — seducing josh kitsey, one-upping ruby lee, passing PE, combatting monsters of the boyish-white kind, her best friend going on a bible-bumping retreat into a third-world country for the next two months, and saving her sister from being roped into a terrorizing girl gang.
