Brunette hair that ended just near her hip, Blue eyes that would allure you to its depths, so wild, so vicious, like tidal waves that would drown even the most experienced of sailors. ---- Golden hair, with golden eyes to match. It was so warm, so inviting, so interesting. As the sun was setting, his eyes were getting darker and darker. It turned to a deep chocolate color, you could almost mistake it as onyx. So deep, so comforting, but powerful and demanding. It was like staring at a black hole, pulling you in and devouring your being. Hi, I'm rewriting this currently. This is the unedited version which may be filled with writing errors, but this version is still near and dear to my heart because it's my first baby, I hope you enjoy!!

[COMPLETED] (Book 2/3) I can't stand him. I don't understand him. Does he hate me? Does he not? He is undeniably confusing, obnoxious and can't take criticism. He is basically the stereotypical Alpha and I hate that about him. What would it take for him to be a little considerate? Maybe he's jealous I got my wolf before he did? That's probably it. The big bad wolf can't stand a little competition. So that's exactly what I'll give him. Some good, healthy competition. ... After being abandoned in a forest near Fathilagt, Rayne was found as an infant by Rosabelle soon after the first attack on the peaceful pack. Rosabelle raised Rayne as her own and shielded her from whatever hardships she could. But Rayne's experience in her pack wasn't always pleasant and some people did their best to make her feel like she didn't belong in Fathilagt. Especially a certain soon-to-be Alpha who takes more than necessary interest in her, in more ways than one. Staying out of the spotlight isn't easy when the universe has different plans for you, and Rayne struggles with finding a safe space to hide herself from those who blame her for things she is yet to understand. Too bad for her, because the boy she hates the most, seeks her out every single time. What will happen when he finally wants her to stay, she is forced to leave her home to never again return? ... "No respect for the dead." His words came out in silent whispers, his teeth clenched. A small smile tugged on her lips. "Respect is earned in life, my lord. When a man fails to earn respect in life, it cannot suddenly be bestowed on him simply because he returned to the dust whence he came." "At the very least, Lady Atkins, pretend," he admonished. "Pretend to mourn for your husband! You are a woman in mourning! Grief, sadness, decency is expected of you," he growled, stepping so close to her, his nose almost kissed hers. "Not a low-cut, salacious red dress!" She inched forward, jaw set, until she could feel his warm breath on her skin. "And you are a man whose cousin's widow was only a few minutes ago caught with a man on top of her," she shot back, leaning further in until her lips were nearly brushing his as she searched his gaze. "Anger, rage, fury, is expected of you, my lord... Not jealousy!" * Newly widowed, the sudden death of Beatrice's husband has brought about her freedom from the shackles of a loveless marriage... Or so she thinks. All hope is quickly lost when she discovers her husband's cruelty in disinheriting her and leaving her penniless. But worse than his decision to disinherit her, is his decision to leave her at the mercy of his cousin; Noah, the very handsome Marquess of Camden. TW: This story contains mentions of suicide. *Completed* *Unedited* With every step he took towards me, I took one back until I hit the edge of his bed. A deep growl rumbled from his throat and I tried to make myself smaller in hopes that he would leave me alone. Being a human, I stood no chance against this beast in front of me. He would tear me apart. His muscles rippled with ease from underneath his shirt; his stance towered over me; his eyes colored with darkness; and I knew he was struggling to keep his wolf contained. "Kitten, don't act all scared. This is what you wanted, isn't it? You've always fantasized about what it would be like to be with a beast like me." His hand approached me slowly and then brushed my hip. I gasped. His teeth grazed my neck and I unconsciously leaned my head away, so he could have more room. "Answer me!" he growled. My chest furiously moved up and down as I tried to calm myself. I shook my head. "Well, Kitten, you're MINE. Whether you like it or not." From a very young age, Mae has been told by her father to stay away from werewolves. They were too rough, too dangerous for humans, but she always had a fascination with them. Damon was the Alpha of the Night Bane pack and he was exactly what Mae's father told her he would be - rough and dangerous. *Not my cover art @ Jojoesart
