The city of Lamanburg has fallen to corruption but no one could tell. The 13 districts are all set with different levels of poverty and crime. The closer you are to the inner city the more likely you are in a lower district with low poverty and low crime rates. Located in the center of the city is the hero's center. With only 5 heroes to protect the 13 districts, oftentimes the higher districts went unnoticed this is where the vigilanties and anti heroes came into play. Only problem for all of the mentioned above is that there are villains in this story. Oh and just to make it more complicated there are also gods and goddesses involved with mortal affairs. Even more complicated, a reborn god has blamed the fallen god for their first death forcing her hand into leaving into the mortal realm while he grew up completely unaware of the problems he caused until it was too late.
