With a seventy-one percent delinquent population, her days are filled with tumultuous fear and frightening presences. Upon accidentally sitting on the lap of Ryu Iwasaki, a scary face at her high school, her life takes a dramatic turn. It doesn't help when one of the most infamous delinquents at Akelius, Aki Mitsoyu, sets his sights on her, too...
