But what if, this is exactly what Sam, who is one of these memories (and people) in question, was seeking too when she got out of her mom's car, one suitcase in hand, a backpack on her shoulder, a head (and a shoebox) full of memories she's been thinking about for months? Or After Sam told Deena she was moving to Sunnyvale because of her parents' divorce, and Deena broke up with her, they never saw each other again. Well, never, until, they both, unknowingly, chose to go to the same college for a fresh start and they're caught up by their unfinished business.

This is Sam and Deena from the Fear Street movies. It's set in Shadyside, Ohio, and it's their senior year together. They have a friend group with Kate and Simon, who are still alive. Many things try to force Sam and Deena apart. Sam's mom, Caleb, Peter, Taylor and Olivia, a bullet. And a fatal illness. It's an AU, but similar to before 1994. Lots of angst but also a lot of tenderness between these two. Any serious triggers are warned and tagged. There are mature themes and any smut is now faded to black. Hey guys, this is a re-write of "Deena Needs You" which had been one of my projects for about a few months. I realised how aspects of the story weren't working and have decided to stick to writing in one point of view so that I can build the characters in a more suitable way for this story. We are still in Canon from the OG Fear Street trilogy movies. I'm looking forward to presenting to you a much clearer, more action filled variation of the story.
