Why did they think it would be that easy? They had no family, no friends, no money, no home. Everything lead them to it, yet instead of heaven or hell. They find themselves reborn as the Parasite that took over Nightmare's body. Surrounded by bodies, in front of the statue, with a text box asking if they wanted to kill Nightmare or not to fully take over. Of course they're going to choose no, they just woke up here with no one and nothing. Why kill off the only one here who can still talk? Follow the weird story of Nightmare and Night, as they try to live with the other. As one follows to do whatever they want, and the other goes along for the ride.

Error 404 always had a singular goal, to revives AlphaTale, the first AU. But what happens when he finds out AlphaTale wasn't actually the first AU? Devastated by the Knowledge that his entire life was based on a major lie Error 404 kills himself. In a different reality at the same time, someone with a similar soul is killed in a hit and run. In the Realm of the Gods births are rare, but worlds to oversee are not. With new worlds created constantly, some Gods are forced to oversee thousands of not millions of worlds at once. A lot of worlds are left abandoned, and I lot of high up Gods are becoming concerned of the growing chaos of the lower realms. So to placate the issue new gods are to be created from beings of the lower realms. Even if some turn out to be evil, it will lessen the work load of everyone else at least. Choosing at literal random, one "lucky" person is about to become one of the new gods.
