Charlee is a writer for the show Stranger Things, when the production team somehow rope her into becoming an actor on the show. As Charlee struggles with her career change and being caught between her passion for writing and acting, she also has to deal with the mounting tension and chemistry with her Co-Star Joe Keery, and the deal they made to have no physical contact while filming to enhance their performance. * SPOILER ALERT * And, then, I was falling. My breath catches in my throat, and the ground beneath my feet seizes to exist. I slipped off of the wooden planks, and the wind rushes through my body. Suddenly, all at once, my lungs fill with air, and a horrified, blood curdling scream falls past my lips. As if in slow motion, I see the moment my Spider-Man reaches out for me. Although the wind forces my body down at an intense speed, I thrust my hand to grasp his. He screams my name, and jumps from the wooden planks to catch me. But before he could grab my hand, he's grabbed and flown away with a deranged Norman Osborn. Now, I'm left to die... I close my eyes, preparing myself for my death, but it never comes. As my life began to flash through my eyes, a body collides against mine, making me lose my breath. A pair of strong arms wrap underneath the bottoms of my knees and my upper back. I hear a web zip through the air and attach itself to a nearby metal with a clang. I open my eyes wide, and see the world zooming past me. I scream, then bury my face in the crook of my savior's neck. I throw my arms around their neck, holding tight because my life is in their hands. I catch a glimpse of the familiar red and blue suit, thankful that my Spider-Man has come to my rescue. The falling comes to a halt, and the sinking in my stomach ends as quick as it began. My chest heaves up and down at a rapid pace. I can feel tears prick the corners of my eyes. I lift my head out of the crook of my Spider-Man's neck. I hear my savior breathing heavy, too, and a drop of moisture hits my cheek. I lift my eyes to face a saddened Peter Parker, who's observing me with a look of guilt, adoration, and longing. But my savior is not the Peter Parker from my universe.
