After the last few missions that Task Force 141 has been on Simon ' Ghost ' Riley and John ' Soap' McTavish have grown close to one another becoming an inseparable and powerful pair, but unfamiliar feelings have grown between the two, causing them to grow closer but what will it become?

Simon was an unstoppable force, but Fate was an immovable object. Stationary. When you ignore it, and put up walls to secure yourself, it only delays the inevitable. Unavailing. It doesn't stop it. Moments in time slowly drill their way through, picking an open scab until it turns to scar tissue. It will break your skin until it drains you. You will deteriorate into ashes, scattered by the wind. And if you force yourself against Fate, shielded with a lifetime of trauma that you use to protect yourself- you're forced to recognize why you put the walls up in the first place. Every moment full of agony, abuse, anguish. Your walls will crumble, because Fate never fails. And as Fate tore the first wall apart, Simon was pushed.

Hi there, I'd like to explain a teensy little thing before you go reading this. after the events of MW2022, Task Force 141 go on a mission near the Eastern border of Belarus. their mission is to investigate a warehouse that had been suspected to be occupied by AQ forces, attempting to smuggle weaponry deeper into London. after TF141 infiltrates the building, the AQ forces catch them, and call for backup. backup soon arrives and the team engages in a massive shootout with nearly 50 men. the team is eventually forced to retreat. this entire escapade leads to the sudden demise of Ghost. or so the task force thought.

This story might suck because i wrote it LOL anyway This is a soapghost story some angst and sum fluff but i wont spoil much ;) i dunno much about military stuff but i love these two so enjoy losers art by:mirotvorets_8 on twitter
